Qinda Company Three Guarantees Service Policy
In order to ensure consumers enjoy satisfactory after-sales service, Dongguan Qinda Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as our company) has formulated the following three-package policy in accordance with the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China", consumers can contact the relevant sales unit or our company ( Apply for after-sales service depending on the following conditions.
This policy applies to products sold and manufactured by our company and their accessories sold within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
• Purchase products and accessories manufactured or sold by our company within 3 months from the date of purchase. If the host has non-human damage performance failures (except consumables and consumables), consumers can be in our company. And the designated service agent has a free return (the same failure, three or more times can not be excluded) or replacement service.
• Within 12 months from the date of purchase, purchase the products sold by our company with non-QD products and their accessories. If the host has non-human damage performance (except consumables and consumables), Our company and the designated service agency have a one-year free warranty.
• Purchase products that are manufactured or sold by our company starting with QD within 36 months from the date of purchase. If the host has non-human damage performance (except consumables and consumables), it can be used in our company. A complimentary three-year warranty is available at the designated service agent.
The Three Guarantees service does not apply to the following situations:
1. More than three packs are valid.
2. There is no valid contract or valid warranty card (can prove that it is within the validity period of the three packs).
3. The contents of the three-package certificate are inconsistent with or altered by the physical identification of the product.
4. Damage to the parts caused by man-made and other force majeure.
• Consumer obligations
Consumers must truthfully report product usage, failures, and related information (such as losses caused by consumers who fail to report truthfully).
Consumers must actively cooperate with our customer service staff and maintenance personnel, and provide assistance as far as we can.
Product maintenance costs:
During the warranty period, our company will be exempt from the accessory fee (all the replaced old parts belong to our company), labor costs, and will be exempted within the effective service area of the company, branch or agent (with a specified service point radius of 100KM). Travel expenses, not in the effective service area (with a specified service point radius of 100KM), the travel expenses are borne by the customer (if the return to the factory maintenance mode, the transportation costs are borne by the consumer).
Product maintenance time limit:
• After receiving the consumer product failure report (instrument abnormality report form) and confirming, the staff member will be appointed to solve the problem within three working days (within the effective service area). (In the non-effective service area) Appointed staff to solve the problem within seven working days. Products returned to the factory for repair and return within two working days.
